treemark® offers ongoing support at a set monthly fee. We can discuss your needs and come up with a retainer model that works. Alternatively, we can discuss one-off projects at a set fee. Hourly billed advice is available but not recommended as it eats time for admin and creates cost uncertainty.

treemark® typically works as external general counsel for a small number of clients, allowing an offer of priority, short response times and focus on client's business model and needs. No law firm rigidity.

treemark® works along-side you and finds solutions that fit your specific situation, includes your ideas and wishes. We are a sounding board, a sparring partner and an enabler.
